Placing an Order

• Tax ID is required to place an order.
• The minimum order is $200.
• Orders can be made through the website, by fax or phone, or by e-mail.

Pricing & Payment

• After placing an order, we will contact you with the pricing to let you decide upon making a purchase.
• We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover), checks, money orders, and bank wires transfers.
• We reserve the right to withhold shipments until payments are confirmed or received.

Shipping

• Unless otherwise requested, we ship by UPS Ground.
• If you'd like for us to ship by another method, please contact us.

Return Policy

• Claims must be made within 10 days of receiving orders and must be approved before being sent back.
• Merchandise that has been worn or used will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject claims if we believe that this condition has not been met.
• Items without receipts will not be accepted.
• Items that have been bought damaged can be exchanged or given full store credit.
